Media Coordinator

Overview 

Endy Sleep is setting the benchmark in marketing. As our Media Coordinator, you’ll be representing the Endy brand through all marketing channels. This is an opportunity to help us continue to build a consumer-first brand approach and lead our overall growth!

 

What you'll do:

  • Actively outreach media partners for new opportunities and source media kits
  • Shares new and relevant advertising opportunities in written and verbal form to the marketing department
  • Compile reports of competitive market/media information for each target city
  • Initialize media agreements based on pre-determined KPIs
  • Creates and maintains media plans, flowcharts, buying guidelines, testing plans & results analysis, budget summaries and plan delivery
  • Based on the above, build and maintain a media tracker
  • Ability to audit all active media campaigns

 

Who you are:

  • 1-2 years of media planning and buying experience, specifically Out of Home, radio and TV
  • Ability to manage multiple media partners and campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and jump from project to project
  • Experience negotiating media agreements
  • Thorough understanding of the media process, media department and inter-department relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives
  • Keeps up with the latest trends in media
  • Must love sleep!
