Social Marketing Manager


Endy is setting the benchmark in social media marketing. As our Social Marketing Manager, you’ll be representing the Endy brand on the front lines! This is an opportunity to help us continue to build a consumer-first brand approach and lead our overall social growth. Along with managing all social channels, you’ll have an opportunity to work on special projects, ranging from Influencer programs to contests and giveaways, all the while managing customer relations.


What you'll do:

  • Responsible for the overall Social Media marketing strategy and execution across all social channels, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Generate and share daily content (original copy, videos, images, etc.) that build connections within our customer community
  • Respond to community questions and feedback in a timely manner and provide feedback to the customer service team
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge and understanding of how consumers engage on each channel to deliver best-in-class social experiences
  • Proactively introduce new ideas, staying current on emerging social trends and channels
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key bloggers and influencers to successfully promote Endy to their audiences
  • Provide analytics on each social channel’s performance, with the ability to set and analyze KPI’s with meaningful and actionable insights
  • Monitor community channels to identify opportunities, competitive landscape and potential issues facing the brand from a social standpoint


who you are:

  • 2-3 years experience in the social media and digital communications space, with knowledge of all social media channels
  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Proven track record of executing social media campaigns across various platforms
  • Experience conducting influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer/blogger outreach
  • Ability to analyze data and summarize feedback to executive team, including insights utilizing social/digital analytic tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and HootSuite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator, who is well organized and apt to multi-tasking
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, not just because it’s #trending, but because you view it as a platform for innovation, growth and learning
